A ₹7,500 non-refundable design advance is required to initiate the CAD design process. The CAD will be shared with you for review and approval before production.

Once the final design is approved, 50% of the order value is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is payable once the piece is ready, before delivery or dispatch.

A quotation will be provided at the beginning based on the agreed design and specifications. As every piece is individually customised, the final price may vary slightly, either upwards or downwards, depending on the actual gold weight, gemstones, diamonds and other material requirements.

The final amount will be communicated once the piece is ready.

As each piece is made specifically for you, customised orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced, except where required under applicable law.

Once the CAD is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible. Any changes that can be accommodated may incur additional charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

For customers in Chennai, you may choose to personally collect your jewellery or, subject to location and availability, have it personally delivered by us.

Eligible gold jewellery will be BIS hallmarked, with purity as specified in your order. Relevant diamond or gemstone certification will be provided where applicable.
